Actually I think I did contact support but that was because I was too impatient with my button clicking. Now have 2010 Pro on my computer, only used Word and Excel so far but it looks good. Got a bit daunted by the download and install instructions initially but followed them and everything worked out well.

I am very non-techy and your support guys really helped to make it easy, the software, by Micrsoft, is as expected. Thank you.

Overall a very smooth and straight forward transaction , will be recommending to friends and family.
